Solas Restaurant has great food & cocktails. We go there for lunch as it's very central on wexford street. It's very recession chic & super value.

100 Best Restaurents in Dublin and burgers are mentioned three times..
Burgers are just a fad,and overpriced at that. Seriously people actually check how much you spend the next time you go for a simple burger.. for the same money you can get great value in a lot of really fine restaurents.

Gourmet Burger Co in ranelagh is fantastic, I have been eating burgers all my life so its not really a fad. Crispy pork belly and french-like bar/restaurants are.

The Siam restaurant in Dundrum shopping centre is possibly the best at the moment, burger joints should not be in this category
